This is the aftermarket thermostat, maid by Vernet or Gates.  We hold in stock two types, one of these two you will receive with your order.

Both are of good quality, good and cheaper alternative to the original thermostat.

If you don't mind to by aftermarket part, we highly recommend this thermostat. 

Color may be silver or black. Color does not affect quality.
